Rick Scott - Another member of the Loser Generation

If you happen to be down in Florida and click on the TV you will likely see the face of this bald guy, Rick Scott, spewing his virtues about why he should be the next Governor.

One recent TV spot shows him asking, "where I you seen this good looking bald fellow before"?

Where?

All over the news.

Maybe on a Wanted Poster in the local Post Office?

Rick Scott was co-founder and CEO of Columbia/HCA in the 1990s, when the FBI launched a massive, multi-state investigation that led to the company pleading guilty to criminal charges of overbilling the government.

Now he is urging Floridians to make him the CEO of the State . His latest tirade is advocating the Arizona immigration law for Florida. His financial conservative - social police state mentality is a scary mix and any sane citizen should be scared to death of this soft spoken Mad Man.

Scott is another example of the Lost Generation, born in the late 50"s and 60's -- now appearing on the world of politics with little common sense, or passion for the common good. From Newt Gingrich to Sarah Palin, the Lost Generation is certainly telling the rest of us that politics and crime is the same thing.

. Alaska. Alaska doesn't have a state income tax, state sales tax or a state inheritance tax. As tax burdens go, it's the best state to live in.

It hasn't always been that way. In 1978, Alaska was ranked 49th, making it one of the most tax-heavy states in the country. Residents can thank federal funds and big oil for the dramatic reversal.Three years ago, federal funding accounted for almost one-fifth of Alaska's revenue. Per capita, Alaska receives more federal funding than any other state in the country, an honor held since 1999. That means much of Alaska's infrastructure is paid for by federal funds, not state funds. If you don't have much in the way of expenses, you don't need much in the way of additional revenue. As a result, the tax burden stays pretty low.

The Last Frontier's tax perks get even better: The completion of the federally-funded Trans-Alaska pipeline and the establishment of Alaska as an energy center for gas and oil has proven to be a boon for residents. After the pipeline was completed, the state created a program called the Alaska Permanent Fund, that invests and distributes royalties from oil companies doing business in Alaska to residents. In 2008, the check was a record $3,269 per eligible resident. Eligible residents are those (including children) who have lived in Alaska for a full calendar year.

Now, let me tell you the Nazis ---known as "National Socialist" when Hitler was screaming in the Munich Beer Halls and the Brown Shirts were Goose Stepping to power. But, "NATIONAL SOCIALIST" has nothing to do with SOCIALISM. Nazism was a extreme Right Wing movement called Fascism ---and their partner in the crime of World War II was the Mussolini Fascist REGIME in Italy. What is Fascism? It is the belief that Corporations can run everything--- no government oversight or control--free to make as much $$$ as they can, and treat humans anyway they want --- Profits before people.

Limbaugh, is their Fat Cat Mouth Piece. Fascism now has undergone a Corporate Identity transformation like Datsun becoming Nissan and ESSO becoming Exxon ... The Corporatist want to have free reign to do what they want with no social responsibility . They want the freedom to exploit and pillage society for every dime they can squeeze out of the fearful average folks until there is nothing left but air we can't breath, food we can't afford, water we can't drink, and our houses foreclosed.

I continue to watch my homeland from affair---from here in the dusty capital of Oman, Muscat---filling up with neon and road signs hailing corportism from back home.  Corporate Identity is everything. Remember when Datsun changed it's name to Nissan ? Companies do it all the time...to get a new image or flee from an old one. Take KKK, the sheeted bigots who terrorized minorities, Catholics and Jews---running about in the night burning crosses and blowing up churches like the one on 16th Street in Birmingham. They're back under a new banner---minus the sheets. Meet the TPN !!! <> The strangest collection of wacky yahoos to ever grace this weary earth. They're America is WHITE -- OLD -- Protestant, Gun-Tot'n, who think brotherly love is a gay movement. The only requirement to join up is to hate all that is not like you---and believe Nazis were left wing socialist. ( If that was true, there would have never been a Russian Front in WW II. )

Where we are going---Social Democracy April 6,2010

You likely heard of "Socialism", the word is being banded around by American "Right-Wingers" . Some get it confused with "National socialism" which was the catchword for Nazism in Germany. Actually, Nazism was a Fascist movement---as far to the right as one can go on the political spectrum. It has nothing to do with "Socialism". So, when you hear some Right-Winger claim socialism is a Nazi like school of thought---they are about as wrong as one can be. Any college freshman political science student will explain that Fascist are extreme RIGHT WING thinkers---who believe the power rests with the Corporations who select leaders, mostly Dictators, to run things and keep the workers in their place. Just a nudge towards the Center are the CONSERVATIVES who want to elect leaders who do the bidding of the Corporations---keeping their hands out of the marketplace, to let profits and greed run rampant, the people's welfare be damned. Then the fence sitters, Moderates, who sort of balance between Conservatism and social programs within limits. LIBERALS are those who want to keep watch on Corporations, regulate them, make them pay their fair share---and assure that the workers get a decent cut of the pie. Then, comes the Democratic Socialist, the prevailing political movement in Europe that is beginning to spred to American shores. Democratic Socialist believe in a mutual partnership of government and private sector companies--- that partial government ownership of companies is a good thing---that universal healthcare is a Human Right, not a privilege, that every citizen who makes money should keep 60% and turn over 40% for the mutual good of society, that every developer must include in a project housing affordable by all income levels, that child care for working families should be provided as a Right, and that every worker should have at least 30 days a year of vacation with pay--- new Mothers and Fathers get 6 months to a year off with pay to raise a new child. This is the core of Social Democracy that has been in place since WWII.

While the USA threw $billions down silos in Idaho---Europe spent it's $$$ taking care of each other. A society is only as strong as it's weakest participants---- we have a long way to go to be the strong nation we all think we are .

Here's a message for the "Right" ---so called "TEA PARTY". The original TEA PARTY in Boston Harbor was a protest against soverign rule of King George of England. This modern day so-called TEA PARTY is a transparent joke....since there is no soverign to protest against. The government of the United States is THE PEOPLE. The federal government is people the people hired to do the work of running things while WE The People go about our daily lives.

If you believe the TEA BAG bunch---then you have seen the enemy and he is US !!! The power brokers have got the TEA BAGGERs fired up about protesting against fellow citizens...not some unaccessible RULER. What kind of Nut-Talk is that?

The real TEA PARTY is going on in the Board Rooms of Corportism---using the TEA BAGGERS to stir up and distract us while the FAT CATS do what Fat Cats do..... MAKE MONEY !!!!
Funny how clear you see the USA when you see it from afar----sometimes I think Americans are like a fly walking on the face of the Mona Lisa----too close to appreciate the beauty.
